Fees can be paid at reception by eftpos or cash, by direct bank deposit, or online via the customer portal.

Payments through the portal and eftpos payments incur surcharges, cash payments and most bank deposits do not (check with your bank if unsure).

Permanent enrolment doesn't suit all families, so we have the option to do casual classes. Casual enrolments can be booked as a 1-off lesson within 7 days of the lesson. Space at your preferred time can't always be guaranteed.

Casual passes (or punch passes) are handy for casual swimmers who would like to book their classes online. One of the benefits of using a punch pass, is that it will be automatically approved when you redeem it through the portal - so you don't have to wait for a receptionist to answer your call, see your message or approve your request.

On the app - at the bottom of the screen is an icon that says "ProShop" and on the web browser version, it is at the top of the page, and says "Casual Pass Purchase".

Once you've purchased a pass, you can redeem it through the app/portal to book into a class. To do this, you go to Account>Child's Name>Passes >Use Pass and then you can filter by day to see what is available. For more information, navigate through the slideshows below.

If you need to cancel a lesson as a one-off (e.g. due to illness, an appointment, or temporary change in routine), you just need to cancel for the day that you'll miss and use a makeup token to catch up on the missed lesson.

You can cancel a lesson by contacting reception by phone, email or in person.
